Madhuri Dixit

As per reports at the age of 15, a film producer approached Madhuri who was stunned seeing her dancing skills. But her parents strongly opposed this idea of taking part in such acting roles. She again came into notice by her sister’s friend and that’s how she entered into Bollywood with her debut.

Aamir Khan

Mr Perfectionist wanted to direct a movie but didn’t plan on becoming an Actor. However, destiny had different plans for Aamir who entertained the audience through his performance and became an overnight star with ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’.

Bipasha Basu

In 1996, Arjun Rampal’s former wife Meher Jesia met Bipasha at a hotel in Kolkata. After this brief meeting, Bipasha was suggested to try her hand at modeling. She agreed to it and eventually discovered this talent. Bipasha also tried for movies since then and even bagged home her first best debut awar for ‘Ajnabee’. She also quoted “I never wanted to become an actress. I was happily doing my modeling but I got bored of it. Acting came to me by chance. But yes, I’m thoroughly enjoying it right now and I don’t think I’ll get bored of it, but if I do, I’ll find something else to do.”

Raveena Tandon

The gorgeous actress in an interview said that, “To be honest, I never thought that I would do movies. I never thought growing up or looking in the mirror that I’d be an actress one day. Arjun Rampal’s original plan wasn’t acting. Ace designer Rohit Bahal noticed Arjun at a party and asked him to pursue modelling as he had sharp features. Arjun then ventured into Bollywood and later he also won the Filmfare award for the best supporting actor for ‘Rock On’.
