As well all know that Laila Majnu is a tragedy in itself, and this movie is a beautifully tragic movie; where the two lovers finally reunite in the afterlife. The movie marks the debut of Tripti Dimri and Avinash Tewari. Moreover, Avinash is quite an actor, and the way he portrays Majnu will bring you to tears. The madness, and craze, the longing-ness to meet your love. Although the film didn’t do well on the big screens, but it is definitely a must-watch.

25. Raanjhanaa (2013)
We were not ready for a film like Raanjhanaa in 2013. Furthermore, the dialogues, the way the movie moves, is an absolute beauty. A story that takes place in the city of Ganga, Banaras. A one-sided love story that most of us can relate to, Kundan’s (Dhanush) selfless love for Zoya (Sonam Kapoor). Kundan and Zoya are from different communities, and Zoya says no to him stating that they are not of the same religion. So Kundan decides to forget her, when he finds out that his childhood love, Zoya is in love with someone from her community. But later on he finds out that she was lying, and goes crazy.
