Both the parents, because of their children, part ways and live separately with each son.

The strong message it conveys throughout the film is that the parents are the roots of children’s lives and when the tree grows old, children are supposed to look after them. When parents can hold their children to take their first steps in life, why can’t the same children hold on to their parents while they take the last steps of life? This movie makes us realize the value and importance of the support our parents provide. Both mom and dad deserve to live together, until and unless they willingly decide to drift apart.
