Priyanka urges everyone to follow the protocols, stay at home amidst the ‘grave’ situation in India!
Priyanka Chopra Jonas took to her social media to share her thoughts over the second wave of Covid-19 in India. As per the reports, India’s second wave is much worse than the first. The spread of the virus is growing faster and registering an even steeper rise than the first wave.
The new daily count is nearly 2 lakhs per day and already twice the first wave peak. It is still rising, doubling every 12-14 days. India is now the country with highest number of daily cases.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas goes ahead and shares her suggestions with the Indians amid the Covid -19 second wave. She shares a note with the suggestion for all to stay at home. Priyanka also shares that owing to such grave consequences in the country due to a spike in Covid-19 cases, the medical staff is on the verge of a breakdown. The frontline warriors are yet fighting to handle and bring control to these cases of recent times.
Not just the common people, even the famous Bollywood celebs have been affected by the virus. Every single day now and then, there are cases and news of someone testing positive and someone also recovering from the deadly virus.
Priyanka shares a post to remind everyone to ‘stay at home’!

The note reads, “The Covid 19 situation across India is grave. I’m seeing images and stories coming in from different parts of the country that are so scary… the situation is out of control and our medical fraternity is at a breaking point. Please stay home … I beg you to stay at home. Do it for yourself, your family, friends, neighbours, community and also our frontline warriors.”
