Her full day looks like this: after waking up at around 7: 30 am, Shilpa takes 15 ml of aloe vera juice plus Tulsi leaves, jaggery and ginger and after 15 minutes, she drinks 2 glasses of warm water. After 15 minutes of breakfast, she consumes 1 bowl of oats cooked in water either with milk or muesli in skimmed milk, or two eggs with whole wheat toast and almonds soaked in water overnight. At around 9 am, Shilpa sips tea with brown sugar.

Two hours after breakfast, she eats a bowl of mixed fruits which includes papaya, muskmelon, apple, orange, etc with 5 tbsp of yoghurt smoothie. Her lunch at 1 pm includes a bowl of brown rice with 1 tsp of ghee, any vegetable and one portion of chicken or grilled fish. Her alternative for lunch could also be beans, carrots, and one glass of salted chaas with roasted jeera. For dessert, she prefers a piece of jaggery chikki or dudhi halwa made with raisins and dates.

While consuming dinner at 7:30 pm, she considers a soup, which could be made of mixed vegetables (Tomato, pumpkin and green veggies) or chicken. It accompanies a salad made of beetroot, tomato, apple, sprouts and lettuce tossed with chaat masala. She also had moong dal chillas after having soup. She continued this diet post-pregnancy till she lost 10 kgs and changed a few things after that. Shilpa broke the myth about compromising on food for staying healthy, her diet consists of all the nutrients and proteins required. Plus, her diet barely contains any sugar. Tiger Shroff

The son of veteran actor, Jackie Shroff, has hardly not made any shirtless appearance in any of his films. Right after he entered Bollywood, he became a role model for fitness enthusiasts. Apart from regular workouts and cardio, which includes squats, deadlifts, reverse and dumbbell curls and others, he learned Mixed Martial Arts too. Behind this perfect athletic body, there lies a full-fledged diet plan and exercise. Her day begins with a glass of warm water mixed with honey and lime or a cup of water with fenugreek seeds soaked overnight. Her breakfast includes two eggs with low-fat milk or south Indian dishes, such as idli, upma, dosa, etc. This is followed by a lunch in which she consumes two chapatis, grilled fish and numerous fresh vegetables because she believes this meal should be fulfilling. She even admitted that being a south Indian, she can eat rasam and rice as her lunch every day.

Learning the Indian martial art of Kalaripayattu at the age of three, he became an expert in practising it. Despite being so fit and healthy, the actor believes in staying vegan. All the myths associated with non-vegetarian food linked with fitness are put to an end by the actor. He is seen performing insane stunts and performances in his films and in real life too. But surprisingly, Jammwal’s diet differs from a fancy diet followed by fitness enthusiasts that include lots of protein, and a wide range of supplements.

Being a vegan, he truly supports PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). Earlier, he consumed meat in each and every meal but after giving it up, he feels like he made the best decision ever. During his whole day, he consumes a total of six meals, which begins with a bowl of muesli with fresh seasonal fruits and oats in his pre-workout meal.
