A Tribute To Sushant Singh Rajput On His Death Anniversary
Sushant Singh Rajput, once a nameless man, but now a name known by all. Not only did he inspire the youth of the nation to follow their dreams and passion; he was the perfect example of humility and subtlety. As we mark his first death anniversary, we will remember him as the beautiful soul he was. We will remember him for his smile, his nature and his contribution in the Indian cinema. We have a lot to talk say about Sushant, and good memories of him to share with his beloved fans.
Sushant Singh Rajput first night in Mumbai
We know that Sushant Singh Rajput is from a small city from Bihar, and he came to Delhi to pursue engineering. While studying in Delhi he enrolled himself in dance sessions, where his mentor suggested him to try theatrics. Sushant was always good in studies and was doing great in his engineering college for almost three years; when he decided to quit. As engineering wasn’t calling out to him as much as theatrics and acting was calling out to him.
So from Delhi he came to Mumbai to try out his luck in acting. So the day he reached Mumbai, he was with his friends, talking and having a good time. It was around 12:30am when they felt hungry and went out to eat something. Now, since SSR was from North India, he was used to paranthe and any other street food hot-served and spicy; so he didn’t know what to expect in Mumbai. The only thing available at that hour was Vada Pao, that too which was made in the morning or afternoon itself. So it was cold and it wasn’t fresh, but they had no other choice at the time so they had it. Sushant shared that he remembers that day and that Vada Pao vividly, as it was one of his good memories.
SSR first love, first relationship, and the meaning of Love for Him
While talking about his love life, Sushant shared that he fell in love for the first time in 4th standard. When asked, that who was his first love, he said “Meri 4th standard ki class teacher bahut achi thi…” and he started smiling; probing that his first love was non other than his class teacher. And he had his first ever relationship in his school life itself, in his 9th standard. For Sushant, Love is resonance and finding different ways to connect with one another.
We know about Sushant’s 6 year long live-in relationship with Ankita Lokhande. The duo met on the sets of “Pavitra Rishta”, an Ekta Kapoor show. It was also his first ever role as a lead in a TV serial, and it marked his beginning as an actor. Although the show lasted longer than his relationship with Ankita, but fans were eager and expected them to tie the knot. After Ankita, Sushant was rumoured to be in a relationship with Sara Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon, but none of them ever gave any statement in regard to the rumours.
Sushant’s last relationship was with Rhea Chakraborty, before he lost his life. Allegedly, the duo were living together in a happy relationship. But with the sudden death of SSR, things didn’t turn out the way one would imagine.

#MondayMotivation, this was Sushant’s approach towards his projects, whether big or small. There were movies that didn’t work out for Sushant. So he would feel low on Friday(as Bollywood movies release on Friday in India), Saturday and Sunday. But he would be back to normal on Monday. And when his movies did good, and were commercially successful, he would celebrate for those three days, but was back to normal on Monday. Hence the term #MondayMotivation.
Acting made him happy, he loved acting, it wasn’t just a profession or a mode of earning money for him. Even while talking about his movies and the experience he gained from it made him happy. In an interview he said, “Khwab dekhne ke tarike hote hain, aur paisa and acknowledgement byproduct hote hain”; which means , “There are ways to dream, and money and innovation are just the byproducts.”
Did you know, to feel and adapt every character, Sushant used to listen to different songs. He used to choose any random song for his every character, that would help him relate to it. Quite interesting and unique way to adapt a role, right?
Sushant Singh Rajput Sudden Demise
Sushant believed that every person wants to understand, and wants to be understood. A person with immense interest into the world of science and space and everything surrounding it. He was passionate, a believer and a humble person to his core. And his sudden demise came as a big blow to the Bollywood Industry as well as in the whole nation. Almost everyone knew him from the beginning of his career, from his Television days to the big screens. It was as if someone who’s our own is no more, he only exists on our screens now.
Sushant Singh Rajput : Reason Behind Cheers to Tears 
SSR was found hanging from his ceiling on 14th of June, in his house in Bandra. Allegedly he was showing signs of clinical depression and bipolar disorder. His death was assumed to be a suicide, but with the CBI getting involved and further investigations his death is yet to be declared as a suicide. The prime suspect being his then girlfriend, Rhea Kapoor also went through several investigations regarding the case. We hope Sushant will recieve justice soon. May he Rest in Peace.

Sushant was one of the most loved actors of Bollywood, although underrated, he had just begun to rise in his career.
